Less than a 5 minute drive to the beach @ Semaphore, or walk it in 20-30 minutes. Be in the city in about 20 minutes(car) or 30-40 minutes(bus). Less than a 5 minute walk to shops - Coles, Woolworths, Foodland, Kmart and other specialty stores.

$175 per week – bedroom unfurnished
$185 per week – bedroom furnished with queen bed

$1110 bond

Available 19th February, or earlier if required!
