We used Pass The Post (www.passthepost.com.au) for our mail forwarding service when we arrived in Oz. They are the same kind of business and the service was great. The plan fee is slightly more than address mate but the scan fee and the postal fees are less so in the long run could work out to be cheaper.

There are a few mail forwarding companies out there if you search mail forwarding service australia in google there are around a dozen+

I presently have a South african family who are taking 2 years off to tour Oz. every few weeks there's a new address to send really bulky and numerous mail to !
