My 17 year old son Michael has just completed a 4-week hospitality training course, including a week of work experience.
He is now keen to find work, and will obviously be applying for jobs in the papers and on the Internet. However, if anyone on this forum is looking for a reliable, hard-working, mature and friendly young man, please PM me with details.
We live in Seacliff, so obviously Southern suburbs and the City are the most practical places. Michael would like to get an apprenticeship as a chef eventually, but is keen to get some experience under his belt as soon as possible.
