do they pay paid yearly leave if i work with agency
i will be thankful to you if someone has an idea and can guide me,my friend is been working as a casual worker with an agency from last three years in same company, what i want to know is that is he entitled to have yearly paid holidays like they give in UK.
not an expert on employment - but pretty sure as a casual you do not get annual leave . I assume you can take unpaid leave, but no paid leave or sickness.
If it is labor-hire on the tax form and with an agency you don't get any paid leave.
Nothing. Casual working attracts a 20% loading - hence no sick pay or holidays.
Have to agree with the others, no paid leave
