Renal Nursing

Hi

We are hoping to get out to SA sometime next year. Was wondering if anyone knew if there was a renal unit within a hospital around Adelaide. Since qualifying 3 and a bit years ago have worked in all areas of Renal - haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, transplantation and general nephrology - and wanted to know if it is worth me persuing something as specialised. I am aiming to gain some experience in A&E as an agency nurse as there appears to be quite a few positions within this field but obviously my experience lies in renal. Any advise or pointers would be appreciated

i can ask in work, a colleague there did renal for years...........think at the QEH or RAH; will post later with info.

renal at the mo is at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, will be moving when the new RAH is built. The QEH also has A&E. Kids renal is at the Womens and Childrens Hospital.
