Hi,

I (29) and my husband (28) arrived in Adelaide on the 1st Feb 2010.
We are both trying to find work.
Husband has 10 years experience in sales and I have 8 years experience in Accounting.

Does anybody have any good pointers where we can search for more jobs please?

we have tried seek.com, and joined a few agencies...but no luck.

I'd think you'd have luck with the agencies - which ones are you applying to. Definitely get registered with Hudson.

Its not easy getting a job here or should I say getting a job you want, the best advice I can give is be prepared to wait a while and even take a job you dont want forever but will "do" for now!

Theres a few jobs websites and the newspaper but Id say get in touch with as many places as possible, send out Cvs etc...

Ive not found a job in my field here yet, I guess it just takes time and a bit of Luck!
