looking for general building work

hi all

we are coming to adelaide dec 1st,i have worked in building trade for years in uk a lot of my work is barn conversions due to living in a small village in the yorkshire dales,done lots of blocking,stonework ,flagging ect,not much brickwork ,to be totally honest i find laying bricks really boring.

does anyone no if there is demand for a more general builder than just an out and out bricklayer

any thoughts appreciated

if you find the answer to this before me could you let us know as thats really what hubby does more than just bricklaying & we were wondering if they have a call for general builders who can do most stuff
