Customer Service Officer –Admin Level 2 – Full Time -Immediate Start
Hours 9am -5 pm
Monday to Friday
This is a Temp (3 months) to Perm position working for Australia Post - there is a genuine position at the end of the temp period for the right candidate.
The Office is based in Torrensville SA 5031 and the Recruitment process will be handled by an External Agency.

Example of Typical Duties
· Enter and update records in Despatch Master (#);
· Resolution of customer queries and complaints;
· Prepare special reports for customers;
· Prepare & distribute daily reports to the State Manager, Fleet Co-ordinator and other staff as required.
· Assist in contract driver recruitment including preparation and submission of all documentation
· Maintenance of contractor documentation compliance and renewal of contracts
· Assist with QA and OHS systems, audits and monitoring
· Undertake other duties as required; and
· Perform duties in a safe manner and report any breakdown in safety practices.
