I had a leak in laundry while away on holiday and the water has flooded bedroom carpet. I've had a look underneath and carpet ok but underlay is soden and concrete floor wet. I need someone to help remove carpet, dry concrete, replace underlay and relay carpet asap. Does anyone know anyone who cld do the job? I'm in Aberfoyle Park and want this sorted asap before carpet rots and I have to confess to Landlord (only been here 3 weeks) or have to replace both bedroom carpets so the won't notice. Can anyone help?

Otherwise, if it was due to a leak, isn't it the landlords responsibility?
