RN1 RN2 reclassification

Hi I am in the process of applying for reclassification from RN1 to RN2,but I'm struggling to understand the paperwork and whats expected.

hI im in the uk but was initially told that i could move from a RN1 to RN2 whilst in the UK as such got all the paperwork sent over. Just told last week that i now cant do this and have to undertake the process whilst in Adelaide. The paper work is quite complex do you have a mentor?

I was also told I could apply for reclassification over here and so far have not heard any different.I have all the paperwork but Im struggling to understand what is expected.

I don't have a mentor and thats not been mentioned at all.

The agency Im going through aren't being very helpful at moment,not returning calls or sending e mails as promised so feeling a bit p*ssed off with it all.They were excellent at first.
