Work for adult nurse advise please

Hi, can anybody advise or point me in the direction of where i could look for work. Im an Adult medical nurse with some A&E exp, not really bothered if its a health centre or hospital. Possibly looking to locate ourselves (visa depending of course) south of city Hallett cove area. I have done a search online but without knowing the areas i cant pinpoint if they will be near this area or not.

youd probly be looking more at flinders medical center or noarlunga hospitals then. The there are a few private onces such as flinders private, glenelg community. Even the repattriation gen hosp wouldnt be too bad a drive from hallett cove. Good luck
