Wages for a plumber

Hi hoping to be in Adelaide by the end of the year and was wondering w hat the average wage for a plumber could be, I'm trying to price up accommodation and it would be helpful to have some sort of idea

hi sharon plumbers wages vary between compainies from$20-$40 perhour! there is a short course need to be done at tafe to be able to get a licence to work for an employer!

Just thought I should inform you about this short course.....

 

It took me and loads of people i know 9 to 10 months to get on the course.

 

The short course is 5 different courses one is a full week one was 16 Wednesday nights....

 

One is hot and cold water

One is drainage

One is sanitation

One is Gas

The other name escapes me.

 

Once you have done this you will be able to work for a plumbing contractor not for yourself.

If you want to do this there are more courses to be done.

 

Most people that work for someone else earn $25-$30.

It depends on the sort of work you are doing.
