Everyone will have a different work experience. At the end of the day my partner has skills that are in demand and presents very well. After being happy in his current job for 4 years he decided it was time to change, and 2 weeks later and 1 interview he has a new job. On the other hand a colleague who was made redundant took almost 6 months to find another job in IT.
I run resume and cover letter workshops and discuss with participants not only the format and content but the realisms of job hunting in Adelaide.
If you are coming to Adelaide with SharePoint skills you can probably get away with any cv format as there's a huge demand and no-one to take the jobs. We've had to expand our search to Melbourne as I can't get anyone to fill my vacancy!!!
Haven't used Sharepoint although the project I am on now uses it but i don't think it is used correctly. I shall have to investigate it more. It doesn't seem too difficult. You don't need a business analyst/requirements writer for July next year, do you? ;-)
