nurses in SA advice please

Hi all, can anybody advise if the 998 mentorship qualification is recognised in Australia. I have been placed on the course in Sept and wondering if it is worth doing now before i leave.

my wife is a RN and she done the ENB 998 years ago and has been mentoring students for years. It is not recognised here (not where she works anyway -RAH) she has had to do their version here prior to mentoring. She said its the same really but has to be their own recognised qualification.

I started that course about 10yrs ago,and never returned after the first session.It was so sodding boring!!!!

Good luck if you decide to do it here,hopefully they run a more interesting course in Oz
