We now require qualified and experienced Trainer/Assessors in the following areas
Tradespeople with a proven and successful track record in their trade are encouraged to join our team of trainers.
These positions are delivering training services primarily in the Adelaide Metropolitan region. Some intrastate travel may also be required.
As a trainer you will be able break down your knowledge and skills and be able to explain these to people who are learning the trade.
Key attributes and skills required for the role include:
It is desirable that applicants have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and some understanding of nationally accredited training and assessment requirements. However, full training in these areas will be provided to the successful applicant.
- Ability to relate to apprentices
- Strong administration skills
- Attention to detail
- Well organised with the ability to follow processes and work within systems
- Functional computer skills
- A good currency of knowledge of your trade
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A current driverís licence
