hi there im a brickie and have got to do vetassesas practical in april.i have been told i need to know more about scaffolding,does anyone know what sort of scaffold this is. cheers james:err:

:err:Hi james, odd one that ,iam a roof tiler and when we visited in oct 07 i never saw a scaffold once . Most of the buildings are single skin , single storey so not sure where the scaffold thing comes from, hope you get some answers , cheers Graham

hi mate i have to do my bricky test april too in accrington , all i have heard is that we have to maybe do some simple working platforms but i not heard out about the test officially yet have you

alright mate,when got my paper work back saying i can do my practical,they said i was at level2 because there was not enough about scaffold ,and i read a thread on here somewhere and the bloke had passed the practical but he had done a days course in tower scaffolding.should find out next wk dates and all that.

hi mate, one of the curriculums now for the vetessess is scaffolding. I had my paper work come back saying that I had failed on that part as I do not know enough as we do not need to do scaffolding in the UK.
