night time jobs

What night time position can my husband get (other than supermarket stockers), he is currently a security officer.

 

But here they paid for his training to become a armed security guard.

 

Not sure how it is over there. I know he can take some classes or lessons.

 

And I know some big security companies but do they EXPECT you to already have crowd controller license and handgun license before you apply for security guard positions?
