Teaching/early years?

Hi,

I have a long way to go in this process because i dont have one of the skills on the list. I am thinking about re training to give me a skill though and thought maybe teaching.

 

I looked on the skills list and it said pre early years? Can anyone shed any light, is it nursery or do you have to be a fully pledged teacher to qualify?

 

or any other area i should look at as i will be re training. My history is in marketing but i cant see it on skills list anywhere.

Early years teachers are required it is a four year trained early childhood degree to be one! As far as I know. Not sure about early childhood workers.
