Hi, we are just about to start our visa application and are hoping to move to adelaide. Can anyone already living there advise on the work available for mechanics and customer service advisor work within car dealerships? My hubby currently works for the AA but would like to move into the service advisor role. Is there plenty of work and what sort of pay levels?

There are loads of car dealerships here so probably plenty of work.

I do know that some are always on the lookout for highly qualified staff.

Our local Toyota dealership is a very busy place with high standards.

To be honest, I would try phoning the RAA here. Or emailing them asking them how they recruit their staff as you have worked with them in UK and are keen to stay employed by a reputable employer - ohhh I know they flattery lingo!!!!

 

Other than that I don't know.
