Nurses- how to prove hours for visa points?

Hi i was wondering if anyone could advise me. For the visa you can gain extra points for how long you've worked in you're area of expertise. Does anyone know how you can get a record of this from your employers? Would it be HR? Also Would it need to show exactly how many hours each week for the past few years, is it even possible to get this? Or would it just be a employment statement saying you've worked at that hospital for so many years doing so many hours? Thanks Nat x

you get a statement from ur employer and it has to state the hours worked, any periods of mat leave taken etc.

my manager did mine but i have had the same one for 10years so it was straightforward!
