Any advice on how to find jobs in Adelaide

Hi everyone, I moved to South Australia a year and a half ago from London and have been living in the countryside working as a school support officer, supporting special needs students, as there are few jobs in our area. Me and my finance now want to move to Adelaide by the end of the year so we can be closer to her family and I haven't found too many opportunities yet - so anyone have any advice? I've looked at lots of the other threads and am trying to get as much advice as I can.

 

I'm 32 and in the UK was a professional, working as a media adviser in the Government. Most equivalent jobs here require you to be an Australian Citizen (I have a full working visa but no citizenship) and a degree, which I never needed to worry about in London.

 

So any advice would be great, I am more than happy to change careers!
