Visa Granted!! Diabetes Nursing JOB NEEDED in ADELAIDE

Hi,

 

We have had our permanent residency visa granted and now I'm on the hunt for a job!!

 

I'm a registered nurse who specialises in diabetes. We are hoping to live in Port Noarlunga, so any contacts or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

 

Are there any good recruitment companies/agencies you could recommend??

Well done that you have got it though! Total nightmare isnt it? Are you diploma, diploma and degree or degree only?

Thanks and yes total nightmare, been here since March unable to work as nurse. Got diploma originally the topped up to a degree through different uni, that completely confused them. How about you?

Yes I'm diploma trained then topped up to a degree (same uni thankfully!). I am waiting for a decision! Stressful! But good to know they are accepting top up degrees so thanks for that! X

Hi Kelbert, you should be fine then, just out of interest when did you send your application in, how long have you been in the system? I take it you havnt made the move yet, good luck with it

Thanks for the vote of confidence...really helps! I sent it in april. I've had to send lots of extra verification from uni and my CO said she has everything she needs for now and will be in touch. That was 3 wks ago so just waiting nervously now! Not moved yet still in uk so until I get reg I'm staying put!

At least you havnt been waiting too long so far, even though it prob feels like it. Ridiculous amount of paperwork but at least you can continue earning till comes through. Have you got all your visa and stuff sorted, do you have to sell a property? Its been a very nervous time here for me and was contemplating maybe having to return back to England if this registration didn't come through. At least I can job hunt properly and get on some agencies now as Know one will touch you without AHPRA
