Hi Rob and Ali,

We have just completed Max's forms. It took ages as he has been a self employed bricklayer since he left school. Being in the building trade there are loads of companies he has worked for gone bump years ago. It taken ages to compile the info. Just record as much info as you can over the years on the cv. Any photographs you have of work done copy and send. If you are working now get someone to take some photo's of you actually working. I spoke to our agent and they are very strict at VETASSESS and want as much evidence as possible that you can do the job. We have also put a letter together explaining that alot of the traders have ceased trading and that most of the work was for private customers and that he could do 2/3 jobs a week to working for one person over months. It is hard but stick with it. Once you start you will be surprised just how much you can gather. We were panicking as the time was ticking on and we wanted to get it sent off. Fingers crossed it will be ok.

Good Luck!!!
