      Picture framing business for sale

      Hi there,

      yet again trawling through the "businesses" and found this...

      It's $148K ..which seems brilliant. Do you think there will be rent to pay too though? this surely won't be to buy the business outright? Also it says "WIWO"..anyone know what that means?

      The business is in Victor Harbour.

      I think it means walk in walk out, you walk in the owner walks out, you take over all the stock or whatever already there.
