Any Biomedical (Medical) Scientists out there?

Hello one and all,

This is my first posting but have been following the site for some time. We are in the final stages (hopefully) of the application process ( SA sponsored 475 visa) having been instructed to and submitted our medicals :elvis:and police clearance certificates :policeman:. My biggest worry seems to be the lack of jobs in my profession of Medical Scientist (Medical Microbiology). I have been following the job market for over a year with very few posts coming up. Are there any Medical Scientists (BMS) out there? How did you get into the job market? Would like to hear your experiences.
