how is the building trade

i am a dry liner, and tape and jointer in the uk, my family and i are just looking into moving to adelaide, hallet cove or aldinga beach, wife knows family there and knows area, just wondered what the job front is like, i think my trade is called gyp rocking or fibrous plasterer in oz, i am also a painter and decorator,

they are still very much in demand here they are still building like crazy which is good for me too as im an electrician
