      Marden Shopping Centre, Marden, 5070

      Hi Everyone,

      OH has been offered an opportunity to buy into an optical business in Marden Shopping Centre, can anyone advise what the area is like?

      Marden shopping centre is a small shopping centre in a residential area. There are a couple of supermarkets, banks etc in the complex. Most of the surrounding suburbs are well settled with the houses privately owned or rented. The shopping centre is on the corner of two main roads.
