Info on school term dates

They have 6 weeks at xmas(summer!) 2 weeks at easter,2 weeks in July(now)and a week and 2 days(as far as I can tell) in October. It does make quite a long term, hopefully we will get used to it, but it doesn't help when their friends in the uk are on half term.

No half terms and to be honest my 2 prefer the long terms and actually moan when the hols come. They seem to be able to 'get into' the swing of things better with the long terms, normally around 9 weeks. Just a shame they have to have any holidays at all!!!:biglaugh:
