What school year.

Hi all,

 

We are looking at moving out to Adelaide in January depending on selling our house:arghh:.

My son was 12 on September 5th and therefore just started secondary school in year 7 here, my daughter will be 14 in November and now in year 9. Can smebody tell me what school years they would go into if they started the new school year in Febuary?

Also I have heard of Seaford high, is this a reasonable school or are there any others around the Seaford, Hallet Cove areas that anyone can recomend?

Your son will fit into yr 7 here , it is the last yr of primary school and a very social year as there are lots of special events for them and the gearing up for the move to high school. Your daughter will be fine to into yr 9. The kids in yr 9 here will turn 14 anywhere between July (while they are in yr 8) and April the next year.

 

I don't know much about the schools in the Seaford area but I'm sure someone will post here soon.
