Hi there,

 

We will be arriving in Adelaide mid January, I have three children and already have a place for the older ones at Woodcroft College. We are looking to live in the Sellicks Beach area. Does anyone know of any good Kindies for my 3 year old. She is currently at a playschool in the UK for 3 mornings a week and enjoys going.

Theres one in aldinga beach,a few of my friends children go and they say its really good.theres also things on for parents and children at the aldinga community centre.there should be websites for both places,hope this helps,good luck with your future plans.

http://www.careforkids.com.au/search/ccresults.asp?areaID=66 should be useful and you can also search for just ordinary playgroups. Childcare is expensive and sometime there is a waiting list. If your planning on working you will be able to claim most of the costs back on childcare through centrelink.

I would wait until ou get here though to have a proper look round them and meet the staff and see what travel times are like etc.
