Seaview High School

Hi all,

We are hoping to get to Adelaide at some point this year (all got fingers and toes crossed) and are drawn to the Seacombe / Seacliffe area, or thereabouts. Have twin 14 yr old girls and have been looking at schools but so hard to get an idea about what they are really like. Can anyone comment or advise on Seaview High or any others in that area. I know that ultimately we need to visit but it would be good to have some sort of inside info before hand so would love to hear from anyone who could help.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Not much help I'm afraid, but I have heard mixed reports about the school as you do about any school.

I know a couple of people who have taken their kids out of the school, and a couple who are very happy with their children being there. As I say, sorry not much use, if you are a stickler for things like uniform, I can comment, that driving past there on breaks, it doesn't seem to be very strictly enforced. Different schools will always suit different children, and I wouldn't stress about it too much until you are here and get a chance to look around the schools and go with your gut instinct about what is right for you and your kids.
