Mount barker schools

Anyone got any info on what the high school and local primary school are like? We like the look of Mount Barker and the websites seem good, but its good to get info straight from the horses mouth

We are just back from holiday in Mount Barker.Had a lovely time.We were seriously thinking of moving there,looked at schools etc but decided on the coast instead.St Francis de Sal seems a very good school.Had meeting with them and look around school.Cornerstones looked good also.Littlehampton which is very near Mount Barker had a fab primary school but you had to live there.Good luck!Siobhan

As you may guess from my name, we live in Hills and child goes to St francis which is private catholic school, but you dont have to be catholic to go there! The state primary schools are good, there are two in Mt Barker and others in nearby towns (Hahndorf, littlehampton ect) The state high school isnt too bad apparently, and Cornerstone has a good reputation also.
