A Day at The Zoo sand sculptures at Port Noarlunga might appeal :) There is an entry charge but its not steep. Can make a day out of it if its a warmer day and hit the beach, take a picnic or have lunch out, go for a walk through the reserve further down the beach.

If you are traveling south and want to do something else as well as the Port Noarlunga sand sculpting why not call in at Morphett Vale for the miniature trains. It's in the Wilfred Taylor reserve: Wheatsheaf Rd

Morphett Vale South Australia

They operate every first and third Sunday of the month and are in operation tomorrow the 24th of April. It's $7 for unlimited rides and children under 2 are free.
