We've just arrived last week. In Port Noarlunga at the mo, and just in the process of looking for a longer term rental. We have 2 boys aged 5 and 8. Give us a shout when you arrive and we can arrange a meet up.

When we went down to Victor Harbour last year, my husband had a steak in a little restaurant there - can't for the life of me remember the name of it now - and he says it was the best steak he has ever had, and he's dreaming of the next time we visit!!!

I check our bank & credit cards every day, so hopefully I'd pick up on something if it cropped up! The Coles statement sounds confusing - worth knowing they do that though incase we ever get one. What's pay pass by the way? Is it same as contact less?

I used to love Neighbours! Flicked the TV on the other day & it was on the right channel & my 4 year old didn't move for 15 minutes! Couldn't believe Lou & Harold were still there!

So how do you go on when you collect the car? They asked us for a credit card because they block off the excess amount, but don't actually take the money unless they need to. I'm pretty sure they told us they couldn't do that with a debit card?

Nope, no idea yet. Waiting on an offer on the business still - so looking unlikely to be this year at this rate. I'll be living through everyones pictures - so be sure to put plenty on!

We used East Coast Car Rental. Found them very helpful, had no problems. They collected us from the airport & took us to their office just around the corner. We booked through holidayautos.co.uk (or maybe .com). How's things going? Have you arrived in Adelaide now?

We used Go Matilda. We had a straightforward case, but felt more at ease using an agent, & they were absolutely fantastic. And still are if we have any questions - like recently when we needed to ask about transferring the visa to an up dated passport.

We used East Coast car rentals last year. They were great, reasonably priced, collected us from the airport & took us to the depot.

I can imagine. It'll be tough because he'll need his tools until nearer the time when we ship them, & there's no point cleaning them twice!! It'll be one of those into the night jobs, I can just tell!!

My hubbys a mechanic & we haven't got to the cleaning tools stage yet - but good to know about the rusty tools.

Takes me back to August! Cannot wait to be back there!
