Hi, we live in North Haven which is only a couple of minutes up the road from Semaphore and rent a lovely 3 bedroom house a couple of minutes walk from the beach. We pay $450 per week for it. I love where we live and regularly pop down to Semaphore. Our 2 year old daughter goes to childcare in Semaphore which we pay about $96 per day (she goes 4 days a week). I agree with others about the weekly food bill - we pay between $140-$160 per week. If you want to know anything about the Semaphore area let me know

Hi Everyone! I moved to Adelaide from Manchester at the beginning of February with my boyfriend and 1 year old daughter. My boyfriend already had a job sorted however I've been job hunting since I've been here and not having much luck, like a lot of people on here. Anyway, we're living in a rented house in North Haven, love it here however missing friends to meet up with for a coffee and a chat. Would love to hear from anyone who lives in the North Haven/Semaphore/West Lakes area who would like to meet up for a coffee (with daughter or without......she goes to day care on Mondays and Wednesdays!). Also, if anyone knows of any good Mother & Toddler groups in this area, I would love to hear about them. Thanks
