@ VSDK I was in the same boat for my wife. if you wife has completed graduation .. please attach a reference letter from university / institution indicating the medium of instruction was english during graduation .. also attach graduation marks card , degree certificate. If your wife has done masters then u can also get letter from the institution . Attach all these along with IELTS (old score card ) and submit I did the same and within 3 days got PR. You can do this mate.. good luck for u .

@sahirchamp, thanks. CO asked for IELTS - for my wife. just gave old ielts marks sheet + degree marks sheet + degree certificate + letter from college mentioning medium of instruction is english during degree. uploaded on 10th feb and got grant on feb 12

@ Antu, i provided , old IELTS marks sheet + graduation marks sheets, degree certificate and letter from college saying medium of instruction was english . uploaded all docs . now status is showing assessment in progress. Waiting time started.

Thanks @ ksareen. I uploaded all documents for my wife except IELTS during 887 lodgement. I have the old IELTS mark sheet which i submitted during 475 application. So i will upload the old marks sheet. Hope there will not be any bottlenecks.

I applied oct25, 2015. CO allocated today. requested for more information. They have requested for - Evidence of English language ability - for my partner . I am the primary applicant. I had applied for my 475 in oct 2011 and got granted in jan 2012. Can i attach the old copy of the IELTS mark sheet. @ Thamma, I applied Oct 25, i saw the same status as u have mentioned on last week of december. do not know whats happening. So stressfull. Hope immi dept has started looking at the sep, oct , nov , dec 2015 applications.. we need to have patience. So slow i almost lost 2 job offers as i was on bridging visa A

@Kamboj, As u mentioned your occupation Fitter (General) 323211. Please do research on job market and decide. Skilled Provisional 489 Subsequent entrant even for this you need to pay around AUD 3600 . check immi web page.

Hi Siva, ksareen Even me also in same situation . status application being processed further since last week of December 2015. No update. Today ecom web page is not opening. for me. Hope immi dept is fully staffed from today. Hope for best. Good luck mates.
