Hi all, I have two countries' passports. My current 887 visa and its travel document is currently attached to my first passport. When i check with the VEVO system, my second passport also has 887 visa associated as well; however it can't be used as travel document as only the main one can. I wonder how i can change my 887 visa travel document to link with my second passport as i will be using my second passport more often. Thanks a lot

not really , they are after all the countries you have visited last few years i think.

1-to provide more info about proof of living 2-to provide medical check for my little one who was not included in the application 3-to provide up to date oversea police certificate as the current one was expired (this one as submitted before as its completely waste of time to resubmit them again)

Hi all, I got my grant letter yesterday, after 11months + 3days of waiting, finally! Thanks for everyone for your help here. Applied: 08 Jun 16 requested more info: 06 Oct 2016, 21 Dec 2016, 21 Apr 2017 grant date: 11 May 2017 I have a question, my passport and my little one's passport are going to be expired. If we have them renewed, how can we transfer the PR status to the new passport? Cheers

Thanks. I have made the complaint. Its frustrating that they delay the processing time due to high volume of applications received but they don't bother to review the documents properly before sending a reply to request updated information that they already got. Its completely waste of time and cause further delay.

we got an email from team 10 today requesting our oversea police certificates which we have provided in Jan 2017. The immigration agent said the team sometimes will miss out the information provided. In my opinion, that's completely waste of time as we have to submit the same information again and wait again - god knows how long we are going to wait. I asked our immigration agent to emailed team 10 back and explained that we have provided the information but has to submit it again since they have missed them out. Its so frustrating as we should have got the PR today as we have been waiting for almost 11 months. i am thinking to make a complaint about this. What do you suggest?

hi, i wonder while we are waiting for the 887 visa, can we still leave the country? We need to go outside the country for a couple of weeks but we are worrying that the CO will put our application on hold.

We are still waiting for a response from our CO, anyone is in the same boat? applied on 08/06/16 requested info on 06/10/16 and submitted on 02/11/16 requested more info on 21/12/16 and submitted on 25/12/16 still waiting for response from CO and it has been almost 3 months... We would like to make a complaint, anyone can shed some light on how to make a complaint? We use a migration agent but she is careless so we would like to make the complaint ourself. any suggestion? cheers

Btw, the immigration agent we are using never tells us about the immiaccount, I figured it out myself. If we know this early we will know when we have a reply from our CO straight away. We used to wait for the agent to get back to us and i noticed she was late for two weeks when the CO requested for more information last time (CO asked for information on the 06th but she didn't tell us till 20th). I will never recommend her to anybody.

Hi everyone, We just had our youngest daughter's medical examination done today and the doctor said she has submitted all the required information to the immigration system and it's all good to go. We have also informed the immigration agent and asked her to submit the additional documents that we sent her...however, no response from her since yesterday. She is pretty slow at responding our questions/requests. I really regret to pay for an immigration agent to help with our 887 application. With the help from this thread, I am pretty sure I can get things through more easily. I just came across the immiaccount https://online.immi.gov.au/lusc/login and i wonder if I can submit the documents myself without asking the immigration agent? or I have to ask the immigration agent to submit the requested additional documents on my behalf? Any suggestions pls Thanks James

I just found it a bit interesting that my youngest one wasn't included in my application and why the case officer requested the medical examination? Does anyone's application has been assessed by team 10? I found them really slow and sometimes a bit confused about what they have asked for.

Hi all, I wonder if anyone can shed some light on this please... About a month ago we are requested to submit more documents including criminal checks and recent living evidence, which we did. However we received another email from the immigration officer today again and asked us to submit more details about my further employment, residential evidence again along with my youngest daughter's medical examination. I am a taxi driver and also the main applicant of 887 visa for the whole family. My questions are: 1. I wonder where I can get the taxi log book? I've read it somewhere in this thread that there is a place I can request for a formal taxi log book but i am not sure where i can find it now. Any suggestion please. 2. I also felt a bit strange as we have submitted all the recent living evidence for the last two and half year about a month ago which included water/utility bill and bank statement etc. Why did she ask us to submit the same information again? Did it happen to anyone before, i.e. case office requested the same information over again? I found it completely waste of time. 2. When I submitted the 887 visa application, I only included my wife and my older daughter. My youngest daughter was excluded as she wasn't born at the time when I got my 475 visa. However, why the case office requested my youngest daughter's medical examination now? Also, she is only 2 years ago which i think she is too small for a medical check as it might need to do a x-ray. I think the case officer made a mistake and shouldn't ask for the medical examination for my youngest daughter. Do you think we can make a complaint about this case officer? I feel that the case office didn't read through all the documents/information i have submitted probably which is quite disappointed as we have been waiting for a such long time for her to respond to us.
