Hi All, On 12/12/2016 Monday I made complaint and after two days there was no acknowledgement so i call them today to inquiring about any update on complaint and they told me that at the moment they reviewing feedback/complaints were made on 30/11/2016. So anybody has lodged complaint before 30/11/2016 and what was their response and is their any positive outcome or not? Friends your response in this regard highly appreciable. With many thanks,

Hi Goodluck n 12April, we r in the same boat n I have also made complaint yesterday. its seems we have lodged complaints at the same time now hope for the best. Meanwhile Any of you get any response please share so we know how they respond to different complaints. i been asked for only one requirement is English language requirement for my wife on 23/08/2016 n I choose pay the fees receive invoice on 7/9/216 n paid on the same day. since than no response. what is your case?

HI , To save time of yours and CO'S, I think you should upload police check both australian and overseas where you belong. for health , you do not required until unless CO asked for.

hi eleven4, r u family sponsored or state sponsored? Do u recommend should i upload the form again ? is there a section to upload medical certificate for pregnancy reason

Hi Leo, I am family sponsored. does really makes difference because one of my colleague was on same visa like me and he had applied just week before me and he already granted in two weeks after CO has been allocated. Can we add two more column to the list.. one for CO TEAM and second one for family/state sponsored. as it will clear all picture regarding CO teams and different grants among family/state sponsored.

Nope .. I am from India and been living in Australia for 7 years now... I have tried to contact them and operator said to me that when time will come they will grant the visa. So in this instance dont know wat to do

Hi Everyone, I been silent member of this group and been visiting since i have applied for 887 visa on 5 april .. My details as follows Visa Applied: 05/04/2016 CO allocated: 23/08/2016 Visa Grant: Still awaiting I have been allocated Team 10 and No any other docs required by CO except my wife's functional English requirement only on 07/09/2016. In that response, I have paid second installment on same day for my wife as she could not appear for IELTS. No response since then. After two weeks i found out that invoice is made on my son's name instead of my wife. i have informed the CO the same on 21/09/2016. But there is no any response. On 22/10/2016 , I have informed CO about my wife's pregnancy but still no response. Still waiting for their positive response .... Anyone who is still awaiting more than 7 months now or anyone who has Team 10 and no response. I am already frustrated and my career is on risk, lost opportunity to buy house .. dont know what to do.. Friends your reply and help in this regard highly appreciated...

I have been also allocated Team 10. When contacted over over the phone, I have been told that when CO is happy to finalise your case you will be granted. its about 3 months time now since CO allocated n Really it's nightmare now

STILL WE NEED TO SUBMIT INDIAN POLICE CHECKS OR NOT WHAT ABOUT PAYSLIPS AND REFERENCE LETTER FROM VARIOUS EMPLOYMENTS WHICH NOT FULLFILLED 35 HOURS / WEEK CONDITION. YOUR HELP HIGHLY APPRICIATED. hi, i m just new in this group and need help to apply for 887 visa as i have completed 2 years under 489 visa condition. my apology as my queries are quite lengthy but as follows, 1. Do i need to submit overseas police clearance in accordance with character requirements though I and/or any secondary applicant have not spent time overseas more than 3 months. 2. has anyone submitted employment reference letter that includes detail as per requirement of immigration like nature of employment ( fulltime, casual, , salary and employment period. with regards to employment condition that requires 35 hrs/ week , what information and document requires in case of 3 different various employment which fulfilled 35 hrs/ week condition for example, first scenario, I worked for one company from july-2011 to may-2015 and i got 489 on Feb-2014. second scenario, my second part time job as first one was not full time as my hours mostly 32 hrs / week and sometimes 38 hrs /week only Can i submit last 52 payslips. From this 52 payslips consists of 12 payslips from last employment which and 40 payslips from current employment. I really appreciate your time to read my post and reply, thanks in advance, Ritesh
