Final submission means - you pay visa fee and lodge a visa. You MUST have satisfied all the requirements on the day of lodgement including 2 years stay and others (if there are any in your case). You might get rejectetion if visa is lodged before satisfying all necessary conditions.

You can not upload files/documents till you pay Visa fee. Once visa amount is paid, link to upload docs will get enabled with recommendations of documents need to be uploaded.

Hello All, I have got an email from CO yesterday. He has asked for my wife's Austalian PCC. I made a mistake by not uploading it upfront. Even though she had stayed here only for 2 months till the time I applied this visa, I should have uploaded this. However, I am surprised CO has asked for my Australian PCC as well (which is already there). Anyways, I have applied it yesterday and recieved an email from AFP stating its been completed (yes, in less than a day) and has been dispatched. I will upload it as soon as I recieve it in post. I would advise everyone on the list to upload all thinkable documents so not to increase the processing time as it effects other applications as well Wish everyone all the very best !!! Cheers.

Immi has updated their website today and cutoff date is 11 February. Wondering why January applicants haven't got CO assigned. Probably you can ring immi iffice and check. https://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Work/Work/Allocation-dates-for-General-Skilled-Migration-applications

Thanks VJ. Can I post another doubt - whether spouse who is a secondary applicant in 887 visa, previously was on 489 subsequent entrant, need to fulfil 2 years stay and 1 year work condition as well? In my case, I am primary applicant and have met both conditions, however my wife has stayed only for 4 months in Australia as she travelled to Australia on 489 Subsequent Entrant visa. Thanks in advance.
