No mate that's wrong... When you granted your 887 Visa how long you have been to Australia? I think if you spend more than 2 years in TR then you are eligible for the family benifits ...

OMGD... may be its cheaper to late our files rather than quick grants...

Hi Steve, You know if we are entitled for the Centrelink family benifits, and we would getting our visa approved after 6 months, then are they paying all from the date we lodged our visa? Or anyone know about that? Because one of my friends told me like that... But I'm not sure...

Thanks Eric...yess iam sending same ielts result......as it is clearly mentioned during lodgement of application it has to be within 12 months Yes you should be totally fine... try to take a coloured print and certified by jp or chemist and scan colour and send again... As others saying looks like they want to delay the applications and try to force people to pay $ 4,500/- I asked from the immigration lawyer even they don't know about that... but from the immigration point of view they have an argument to ask 12 months old English test... You will get good news soon don't worry...

See all y posts and reply by others... dont waste ur time do Pte ASAP now it's only valid 12 months for the dependent

But it is not mention in the above list..

Can she do PTE instead of IELTS.. coz it takes too long...

To July 2016 3 years complete .. no expiry date is shawn in the certificate...
