hi i applied on 28 feb 2016 case officer assigned today 15 july 2016 , he asked me for polio vacination certificate , can some one please tell me where can i get vaccination certificate in australia? secondly i already submitted utility bills and rental lease agrement , still he needs further proof of residence, what else can i provide as a proof?
