Hi, I have a query , when I applied for my 887 I have added my wife and daughter , who are in home country. Now which visa I should apply for them?

Yes it does. You will get pre grant if you are outside or your case officer will send you a mail to come back if they are ready to grant. However if you get mail from CO to come back will delay your process by 2-3 months. In my case I have a family emergency, so had to go on that cost.

Hi Deven, if your current visa is not expired then yes you can travell. If it's expired than you have to apply for BV2.I had same issue, and I clarified this with immigration. Hope it helps.

Yes, seriously. Mine was also so smooth. My 489 good about 3 and half months and was perfectly handled. Gone are the days...

I have a strong objection on their way of replying complaints. It's generic and seems they just don't want to reply you. I was contacted 3 rd time during last 11 months by my CO and he contacts me o my after i call many times about my status or when I complaint. My first CO was changed ,actually she did not know what she was doing? Messed with my wife's medical , what she put on my HAAP was different what doctors have in their system. I have doctor's mail saying that , and when I complaint they replied like a nonsense (i attached doctor's mail to my CO) . my CO changed after that but i have to spent another 1000 dollar . I feel like they are purposely delaying. About to lose 3 rd opportunity because of their unskilled handling.

They will definitely ask for medical and again further delay ...I had same fear and i have posted on forum. I think until you would not give passport they can not ask for medicals? This is my guess. But for sure you will be asked for medicals.

Yes they do...My daughter was 12 weeks , when she did her medicals.

Hi, Third time documents provided..My daughter's health check is done and it shows updated. Hopefully next week will bring relief ...Long long wait..

Hi, CO sent me mail again asking for my new born's medical check up..dont know how long more?

Don't know, spoke to immi but guy said he can't see any update, so he advised me to mail CO, I did mail him 10 days back but no response yet.

@june30 no update mate. No response to my complaint yet. Very frustrated with CO.
