Hi guys... Got the grant mail today Applied 24 Aug 2016 CO requested docs for the 1st time in last week of nov submitted on dec10th, (same docs work proof and residential proof,. Though submitted them before) 2nd time - march 21st, submitted - march 27th (requested aus PCC as it got expired ) Meanwhile we had a newborn baby So submitted all the docs for my baby boy Consent form, birth certificate, passport, and a letter from GP ( I would like to suggest something here, if u had a newborn baby,don't wait for the case officer to ask for the docs... Just submit the above things as early as possible, that helps you to move the file faster ) 3rd time - april 27th., Submitted - may 4th ( same aus PCC again for my partner, as we gave him the wrong one ) Got grant - may 19th Gud luck guys.. This forum was really helpful, hope everyone get their grant soon

How stupid is this... After waiting all these years.. now wait an other 4yrs... And the worst part is the English language requirement again... It can be ielts or something else... Arghhh Stupid rules I tell u...

Guys I know pcc is valid for 12 months.. I got pcc for other purpose before lodging the application... As it was valid then I submitted the same for the application... Now by the decision making time the pcc got expired.., so requesting an other one.. Whatever... I still have to wait.. until the pcc comes and the case officer grants the visa

No he didn't mention any timeframe... He just requested the doc... And said until the document is submitted the status of the application can't be made

I should have got the grant today just like goldfox as we both got requested for docs on the same day... Unfortunately my Australian police clearance certificate which I submitted to case officer expired.. so he requested the same document again for me and my spouse asking for the new police clearance certificate.. i got the mail today... So I have to submitt that now.. and wait for few more days for the result...

Just bcoz they are unable to deal the applications faster... They have changed the timeframe, how stupid is this... 7 to 10 months is way to long... Now all those who waited for 6mnths.., dnt know how many more days to wait.. !?

If you say your timelines that would be much helpful... When did u apply? When was the CO allocated and all... ?? Thanks
