The spa has 4 seats and each seat has its own different therapeutic jet which are: Moto-Massage jet; JetStream Jet; Soothing Seven Jets c/w hydromassage jet with directional nozzle and Hydromassage jet with directional nozzle and rotary nozzle. Footprint dimensions are 5'2" x 6' 10", Height 29", Heater 1,500Watts, Water Capacity 215 Gallons, 115Volt, 20 amp. The control panel is located on the side of the spa and controls all functions and uses indicator lights and an integrated LCD display. At night the control panel and display are illuminated by a soft light from the top of the panel. The spa has a multi colour light which can be set to random colours or a colour of your choice. The temperture range is from 27C to 40C. The outside is Everwood which consists of a rigid polymer that combines the durability of plastic with the beauty of Redwood. Everwood will not crack, blister or delamininate and is cleaned by using a mild soap and water solution. Only reason for selling spa is that we feel we are not using it enough and it is a shame for it to sit there. This is a great way to unwind after a day's work. Hi Just wanted to warn people about a certain large Discount furniture shop on Anzac Highway, opposite the barracks and a few doors down from the Classic Timber Store (which by the way, they do have great furniture). We ordered our furniture and was told delivery would be in March and after several calls were advised delivery would be middle of April. Offered free delivery due to inconvenience by office worker but MD who refuses to speak to customers withdraw the offer and it was left for a member of staff to tell me this. Eventually our furniture arrived in Adelaide and the delivery guy called and after not getting anywhere on our delivery, I was told he had lots of customers to call and terminated the call. I felt he was extremely rude and unhelpful. Please be warned do not waste your money as you will be very disappointed in the customer service, delivery and aftercare. They will fob you off with various tales. I cannot name the particular company but hopefully people will realise who I mean. UPDATE - attended the store to try and sort out delivery and it transpires that delivery to this area can only be in the early afternoons unless he has a couple of suites to deliver. Spoke to delivery driver himself and he said he would not come to the southern suburbs for one suite and we would have to wait until he had a couple to deliver to make it worth his while. Then decided to hire a van and collect it myself on Saturday only to be told that the warehouse is not open on Saturdays and only available for collection Monday-Friday 0930-2.30pm. It just gets better. Don't want to ask a friend to wait as I don't want to put the responsibility on her to check it over as you have no right to compensation if any faults are not noted at the time of delivery. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND HASSLE AND GO ELSEWHERE

Fouganza Equestrian Body Protector - Bought in the UK Selling as daughter has not riden much and protector is slightly too small now. Colour blue with wide, secure, touch'n'close straps at the shoulders and around the waist. It is in excellent condition and I would have no hesitation is recommending one is worn when children are riding. The size is 12/14 which is equivalent to 68-78cm chest, 58-68 around waist and 70-80cm distance from waist to waist over the top of the shoulder. Albeit is is size 12/14, our daughter has been wearing this since the age of 10. Level 3 - Superior protection suitable for recreational or competitive riding. Hi I have a Foxtel IQ Box if you want it but obviously the card has been cancelled by Foxtel as we have moved and have a new system. There is nothing wrong with the box but we cannot get cable here so have had to change the boxes. It is a cable box rather than a satellite box - does this help? Please PM me if you are interested.

Hi We declare it on our Oz Tax Return as I do not want to get stung down the line as and when we sell and move the money over as the OZ tax man can see your bank accounts/interest etc and will ask questions as to where the money came from etc. However I keep a good record of my allowances as to what I can claim back. I do not pay tax on it in the UK as I don't make any profit as such and we we do, it is very marginal. Check out the UK Tax Office website about non residential residents renting out houses and there are loads of pages with advice as to what you can offset for i.e. mortgage fees, insurance, cleaners, gardeners, any rental fees incurred by agencies etc etc so you put down as much as you can - only if it is true of course just in case you need to verify things. This way any such income from the property will be below the tax threshold in the UK. Then here I split the income and expenditure and declare what is left between my husband and I as the house is in joint names. As yet we have not been penalised in the UK or OZ for any tax re our rental. Hope this helps. Be honest I would say otherwise you will get caught out and then they will start digging.
