Just my input about breaking a lease,we moved into a place and signed a 6 month lease but after 2 months decided to move,we found our own tenants to take over our lease and the landlord was happy with that.

You can go through your gp ,im pregnant with baby no4 now and all 4 times I see a midwife at noarlunga hospital,all your routine tests and scans are done through them.its all free aswell! you just phone up and make an appoitment in your local area. if you are required to be at high risk they refer you to a doctor for some check ups

Contracters licence can be done through Taffe,it takes about 50 hours alltogether,books are provided,really easy,can be done on evenings or weekends depending on campus you choose,check out there website,concession rates also apply so you can do it for cheaper.
