how do you know when you have a case officer??

just a couple of questions

 

Do you recieve an email when a case office has been asssigned?

How Do you know when they require meds, police checks etc?

Q : Do you recieve an email when a case office has been asssigned?

 

Ans : Not all the times, if all the documents are submitted, Case officer may start scrutinizing without letting you know the allocation of CO.

 

Q : How Do you know when they require meds, police checks etc?

 

Ans : Once CO is satisfied with all the other documents, he/she will contact you through e-mail and ask for the Meds and police checks

 

Note : This is based on my experience. Some times the procedures may differ
