Health Insurance - Can anyone recommend a company

Hi All

 

We are immigrating in January and are going on a 457 visa for which we have just been told by the department of immigration we need to arrange health insurance before the visa can be granted (It's a new condition they introduced this month )

 

Can anyone recommend a decent company that's not too expensive - also roughly how much will it cost per month?

I remember we looked into this when we came on a temp sir visa. It's called a visitors health care insurance and it was about $350 a month for hospital cover for a family of 4. Too expensive for us - I think that was with medibank. Are you not covered by the reciprical agreement between oz and the uk.
