Visa granted OMG

Got a phonecall from our agent while on holiday last week to say our 475 had been granted. Only sent the meds and police checks about 3 weeks ago....thats less than 6 months from initial application for state sponsorship. Not bad considering most agents said we had no hope of getting a visa based on our initial online assessments.

 

It hasn't really sunk in yet, but i suppose the "real" decision comes now...... dont think i have been this confused about anything before, it all seems very real now:shocked:

Applied for state sponsorship as office manager (now need firm job offer for this occupation) at end of march, lodged visa application end June, had to wait ages to get medical appointment. Finally sent meds off about 3 weeks ago, so all in about 6 months and we were hardly rushing, could probably have speeded it up if we had got our finger out. Agent says its one of the quickest they have done.........................

Letter was dated 21/09, was told by agent the next day.
