Has this happended to anyone else out there?

OMG were in a panic. :err:

Submitted visa application in March and did the medicals in June and still waiting. Then on Tuesday had a call from our agent and we were excited for a few moments as we thought he was calling to say our visa was through but no, he had received an e-mail from Sydney to say that the panel doctor hadn't signed one of the medical forms!!! so it was e-mailed back to us and we forwarded it onto the panel doctor for signing. The hospital sent it back to Sydney on Friday but we have just realised they have sent it to the wrong Level(6 instead of 3) at the Sydney address. We are in a bit of a panic as there is a 28 day time limit for the information to get back LCU. Has this happended to anyone else out there??????? and if so was it all okay in the end. Sorry to ramble.

:arghh::arghh:Paul&Lorna.

As all documentation should go through your agent that's really something they should have picked up - agents should be double-checking everything before submission.

The meds is the only thing that the agent would not see - the panel doctor sends them straight to LCU in Sydney.

Hopefully they will find the way to the correct department and your CO will be notified quickly so they can issue your visa for you as this must be all they are waiting for now - they will have your visa reference number on so should find their way ok :o Bext of luck

Hi, Thanks for the replies. Feel a little better today as we have spoken to our agent and he says that they should eventually find their way to the correct level in Sydney!!! hopefully now visas wont be too long.

Hey Lorna,

Sorry you've been in all of a fluster with the meds. Looks like it will sort itself out though.

Has Paul kept in touch with Mark? Was he able to help him out?
