Hi Simon, Good point....We did only count the ones over 35 but would be good to state exactly how many weeks he worked over 35
Do you have any idea of anyone who didn't have to redo the meds, I've known lots in the past but it looks like that there was a new ruling came in October 09 so that we will have to redo them, it would just save on that cost, Cheers, Fiona
We done ours online last year - both self employed so done a stat dec saying hours worked etc, copies of a few invoices out and bills, company registration and didn't get asked for anything more. We had Federal Police checks done but never got asked for UK ones and no medicals were requested either.
For anyone that does need anything signing or stat decs done there is a JP in Seaford Mall (every Tuesday I think) at no cost.
Good luck to anyone going through for their visa!
if you could email me the stat dec that would be great and I can get a head start on it. I did try to find it on the DIAC website, but could only find spouse/defacto/violence ones and I don't think they quite fit what I am looking for.
Can't wait now.

Don't do them til asked. We applied in june by paper Big mistake!!! Got our 887 the end of october. Medicals were never mentionned. I thought we would have to re do them as hubby got a cat b in his original medical and had to sign a health undertaking that he would go for yearly x-rays. Was never aked. TBH I don't know of anyone who has had to redo them.
